2 cups each: chopped onions, peeled sliced potatoes
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
2 large ears corn, cut into pieces (1-inch)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon each: grated orange zest, ground turmeric
1 pound skinless red snapper fillets, cubed
12 ounces large shrimp, peeled, deveined
Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
