1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed (3⁄4-inch)
1 cup sliced carrots
1⁄2 cup Mexican-style whole kernel corn
1⁄2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 cups small broccoli florets
1⁄2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
