1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed (1-inch)
2 cups each: rinsed, drained canned garbanzo beans, coarsely chopped cauliflower
1 large chopped onion
1⁄3 cup each: thinly sliced celery, carrots
1 teaspoon each: dried basil, thyme, and marjoram leaves
1⁄2 cup uncooked converted long-grain rice
Salt and pepper, to taste
