4 ounces reduced-fat smoked sausage thickly sliced
1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1⁄8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 ounces fresh or frozen thawed sliced okra
8–12 ounces shrimp, peeled, deveined
Salt, to taste
3 cups cooked rice, warm
