1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Monterey
Jack cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2–1 small jalapeño chili, minced
