2 cups (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese 1 tablespoon flour
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature % cup dry white wine or apple juice 1 clove garlic, minced Cayenne pepper, to taste

1. Toss Swiss cheese with flour. Combine cheeses, wine, and garlic in 11/2-quart crockpot; cover and cook until cheeses are melted and fondue is hot, 1 to 11/2 hours.
