2 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
1 cup chopped onion
1⁄2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1⁄8–1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 ounces fresh or frozen thawed small okra, halved
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cups cooked rice, warm
