1 jar (15 ounces) roasted red bell peppers, drained
1 cup tomato juice
1 medium onion, chopped
1⁄2 small jalapeño chili, seeded, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1⁄2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
1⁄4–1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Sliced green onions, as garnish
